Setting up an Account

To establish yourself as a wholesale customer, please submit an application HERE You must attach a business license or your state tax sellers permit certificate or you can email it to us. You can also contact us and we can send you the forms. 

Credit Terms

Wholesale terms are extended to qualifying businesses at our sole discretion. Terms and conditions are subject to change. Every effort will be made to give you sufficient notice, but this may not always be possible.

Minimums

We have a minimum order of 1 case. All pricing is FOB. We do not offer delivered pricing or free freight unless there is a special promotion.

Payment Terms

Unless credit has been extended, all orders are prepaid on order shipment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), or ACH. You may place a credit card on file for your payment convenience and quicker turn-around of re-orders. 

Shipping 

All pricing costs are FOB, Charlotte NC. Shipping is added after the order has been packed. We ship all parcel orders by UPS Ground and pallet sized orders are chose based on best cost unless customer has a carrier preference. We do our best to adhere to a 15% COG Shipping rate but that is not always possible depending on the size of the order and the delivery location. Please contact us ahead if you need a shipping quote. 

Your order will usually be shipped within 2 business days of receipt and after payment has been processed. If there are any issues with payment that require follow up we will do so by email or phone. However, your order will not be shipped until payment is processed.

Inventory (Out Of Stock /Backorder)

If you are ordering through our portal the inventory on hand will be displayed which allows for clear communication of stock levels. We can offer preorders on goods but we do not do not offer backorders against a single PO. If you would like to order an items that is currently out of stock please contact us for estimated date of arrival. We will then generate a Sales Order and send you a copy. The order will be processed within 2 days of product arrival.
